Cancel HBO Max!!

I’ve been trying to cancel my HBO subscription for the past three days now. Xfinity guidance tells me to cancel through my flex tv and then flex tv tells me I need to go through Xfinity. So which one is it bc I’m literally going in circles here. Huge flaw, frustrating and impossible, yet with one click I can subscribe.

Hi @user_kijgq6 , subscriptions sure are easy to sign up for these days. With the amount of options that we have to sign up for these services, it can be a little hard to pinpoint how to cancel these services depending on the path you took to sign up. One of the easiest ways to manage your subscriptions with Xfinity is by visiting xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions, you should be able to locate your HBO subscription here and cancel it.

Omg thank you 😄!!! The direct link didn’t work but I was able to access it by opening a new browser and typing it in.

I am having the same problem and the link does NOT work for me even when copying in a new browser.  XFINITY app is worthless.  Ready to tell them to take my equipment out of my office and buzz off.  As described aboe, simple to join (moneyyyyy) but nothing but difficulty trying to canel.  Do better XFINITY.  I'm 90% done with you

Being charged 9.99 for hbo max but no option to cancel it. Ive looked everywhere and tried everything
