Cancel HBO Subscription

user_yiu2l9 Thank you so much for asking how you can manage your MAX subscription.  There a few ways you can manage your Subscriptions on your end with out needing our help. From your flex box: Say subscriptions into your voice remote
Select Subscriptions management app
Select Manage Channels and press OK on your remote 
Select a channel to add 
Select Next on the right to continue 
Select Submit and press OK

 

From using a browser: 
Signing in to your Xfinity account at my.xfinity.com
Choosing your profile and then Settings > Membership
Choosing Cancel next to Max
Confirming your cancellation
