cancel internet service

Like many users, I registered to ask for instructions to cancel my internet service. I can only find one option (call back) and the earliest time is 3 days later. I want to cancel the service now with a confirmation.

I followed the instruction in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/cancel-internet/693452e999d8a963719a8b7c , but did not get reply. The service is still not canceled.

I want my service cancelled and can't get anywhere other than a call back in three days. How can I get it cancelled today.
