wd2824 Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to us over our Forums and our team is here happy to help. We assure you that you are in great hands and we will take care of you making the changes you need. To get started can you send us a DM with your name and address? 
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it

@XfinityJorge - Hello again. I got an automated phone call saying to return my Xfinity equipment. I don't have a rented modem (I have my own), and I also have no TV equipment as I didn't have cable TV service, so I don't have any Xfinity equipment. I called the number back and they said they would take care of it, but I received another request today to return equipment. Can someone look into this? Thanks
