Cancel My [Edited] Service
I called on Thursday ans asked to cancel my service.
It took literally an hour and I had to talk to your [Edited: "Language"] robot. The agent said they cancelled my service and that I was owed $10.25
I asked for it in writing, because Xfinity has [Edited: "Language"] SO many times and I obviously don't trust the worst company in the world, and they refused but said they'd get a supervisor to call me back.
Lo and behold, I am still being billed. This is why I need it in writing that my service has been cancelled.
Luckily i recorded the phone call where I cancelled my service to prove it.
Also [Edited: "Language"] for making it impossible to cancel online or on the phone.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
