Go into a Xfinity Store and document everything, ensure you get a copy of receipt for returned services and cancellation email confirming your service is no longer active. 

We canceled over the phone multiple times and never received a cancellation email. I have a past due bill for two months because the cancellation never went through, they are stating that the service was not cancelled and there was an error.
