Cancel my Xfinity plan

How can I cancel my Xfinity Internet and house phone. But we are keeping mobile.

Thanks for reaching out to us,  we can definitely help you with canceling your residential services. Your mobile billing is separate so you can definitely keep your mobile account and cancel your residential services.

 

There is a $25 access line fee per mobile line if you do end up canceling your residential services.

 

To get started go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address

 

 

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
