Cancel service

I currently have a plan for two addresses. I would like to cancel service at one of them. I have no equipment to return from that address. I do not want to call in or go to a store. I just want to cancel the service at the one address without having to get hassled but retention or customer service. Please help me cancel it

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
