Cancel service
I have been trying to cancel my service for several days. I find it amazing that every time I call the 1-800 number for Xfinity and go all the way through the prompts to get to the cancelation department I get disconnected every time. Not once but over 10 times. But if I go through the prompts to sign up for new service I get someone immediately. Coincidentadence?

Even in here you can’t even work the forum to make a full post about it.
it’s not a coincidence. Google it. Millions of people go through the same thing. I want to cancel my service NOW!!!
