I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my Xfinity Internet service.
The Xfinity app and website are not allowing me to cancel my service online. Instead, I am being required to schedule a callback.
I do not want to schedule a callback. Please process my cancellation through this written request and provide written confirmation of the cancellation date and final balance.
The reason I am canceling is an unfair $100 overage charge for data usage in July. I consider this charge unreasonable and misleading, especially given the difficulty I am now experiencing trying to cancel my service.
Please cancel my service immediately and confirm in writing that the cancellation has been completed.
