cancel tv
I wish to cancel TV and just keep internet. All I can find in mange plan is how to add more cost to my bill which I am trying to do the exact opposite of. Any answer \I've found in the forum doesn't work.

In my experience, you can't do it yourself... You are FORCED to chat with Xfinity Chat Support. When you chat with them, they can make changes to your plans and stuff.
It sucks and it's a huge waste of time. I firmly believe they do this by design, and make the process so difficult and frustrating, on the off chance that you'll decide it's not worth the stress and effort to make the change to your plan.

@user_y18o5v You're definitely in the right place to update your account with an internet only promotion. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
