Cancel xFi Complete

How do I cancel xFi Complete? We only have internet service and I don't know what it xFi Complete is other than Peacock. Now that they want to start (over)charging, I definitely do not want it.

Hello @user_j4d7vl Xfi Complete is our modem rental and unlimited data. If you do not believe you need unlimited data then you could remove that portion and just pay $15/mo for the modem rental portion and save $10/$25 a month. Otherwise, all of our new plans include the modem and unlimited for no additional cost, so we could also see if any new deals are better than the current one. Let us know if you'd like us to review the account.

The cost went up 44% in one month with no notice at all. Something absolutely needs to change, but I'm guessing it is the provider. Is there someone I can actually talk to? I couldn't find a way to call anyone.

Any plan increases are noted on the bill prior to the increases. But our team would be happy to look over your account for you and rework the deal to a better option. We just need to see exactly what you have and what changed. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
