CANCEL YOUR SERVICE

Xfinity doesn't care about your experience. They just want to charge you more and more if you’re not complaining. Dont bother asking to lower your rate, the representatives seem to be instructed to not allow you to lower your rate, it’s such a pain. I canceled my service and was still sent new routers streaming box and I went in person just to have a worse experience. I was called back and encouraged that the issue would get resolved just to learn I was misinformed several times. Xfinity doesnt care, I’ve been trying to fix the new issue, new charges, new accounts they made when all I wanted was to lower my existing rate. A supervisor gave me an invalid complaint email. This company’s customer service department is absolute trash. You’re better off just seeking a new plan with another provider than even trying with these people.

I’m literally in my 20s and understand technology, but I still don’t understand what you’re wanting me to do. I don’t see any direct message icon and I can’t imagine anyone else trying this either. My statements about my experience with Xfinity customer service still stand.

This is basically like the supervisor this morning asking me to email an invalid complaint email address.
