cancellation links not working; no response; impossible to schedule a call

This has been a wildly time consuming, fruitless, and frustrating process. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SERVICES. The disparity between the ease with which you can purchase services v. the mountains you have to climb to cancel them is disgusting. I've spent 2 hours now on the phone, talking to robots, talking to a person who intermittently responds, and banging my head against a wall. But by all means, I love being asked if I want to upgrade while I'm on endless, useless hold.
