Cancellation

I will not be able to return the equipment as I am not around that area anymore, if there’s a extra fee that is ok. To get equipment removed. However when I was on the phone with your agent they told me I would receive a refund and he would stop the billing cycle. However I am continuing to get billed and received a new invoice on my account. This is absolutely unacceptable, I need you to call me and figure this out. I do not want to be charged for a service I am not using anymore.

The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_t2x297 Thanks for adding a post to let us know what happened. It's okay if you don't live near a store anymore, you can return the equipment to a UPS store. They'll pack it all up and ship back for free, plus print out a receipt for your records. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment Once an account is closed, the final statement is issued within 30 days. That allows time to return the equipment, and have it registered as returned on that statement. All charges in between the final statement will be refunded in that notice, it will also show any amount due if there is still some left from unreturned equipment. We kindly suggest returning the equipment asap to receive that estimated refund successfully. If the equipment is not returned, it may result in having more due on the final statement.
