Cannot access email

@XfinityDena​ , Hi, thank you for getting back to me. I cannot log into my email at all. 

Are you getting an error message such as wrong password @user_3fztpu?

@XfinityDena​ I can log in just fine but when I click “check email”, an article comes up that says “Using and Managing Xfinity Email Accounts”. When I do what it tells me to do, that same article comes up. It will not let me into my xfinity email. It’s a frustrating, vicious cycle.

Do you know how long it has been since you have logged into your email? Have you updated your password? @user_3fztpu

I changed my password last week. I haven’t accessed my email in a long time. However, recently an email was sent to my xfinity email address and I need it but can’t get to it no matter what I do. When I call I can’t get to anybody that can help me, a lot of waiting and choosing prompts but never what I need. Please help. Thank you.
