cannot access my diamond benefits

So, why can I not access my Diamond benefits? All I get is that my DIAMOND account is not eligible. Plus, I can't even get a callback from Customer Service to tell me why.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

There is no direct message chat Icon available. I have the notifications "bell" and my profile pic, nothing else. EDIT: Found it. Message sent.
