Cannot access Voicemail on my app or dialing the number

I have tried getting to check my voicemail, but nothing is working?

user_mnru4b Thank you for stopping in for help with your voice mail. The Xfinity assistant is great for help with troubleshooting issues like this. If you have already attempted the assistant, we would be happy to help take a closer look. Could you provide more information on the issue, like what happens when you attempt to use the Voicemail app? Or what happens when you call *86 to reach your voicemail box directly or call your phone number from another device and press # when your greeting starts?

The app never shows any voicemails even when I hit refresh, and the *86 option comes back with "We are unable to answer your call, speak to a Rep.

user_mnru4b Have you been able to access your voicemail in the past? Did you run through troubleshooting using the Xfinity assistant already for your voicemail issues?

I don't think I have ever had a voicemail come in since I got the phone, or if I did it was that log ago.

Yes I have tried all of that with assistant
