Cannot claim xfi pod.

I recently received an email stating that I am eligible for a free xfi pod with my service. When I try to follow the link in the email I eventually get to a screen that tells me there is a temporary error and to try again shortly. I have tried multiple times a day for many days in a row and I cannot claim it. I would like to receive the equipment I have been offered please.

To get started can you send us a DM with your name and address? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
