Can't activate Peacock

We just moved our Xfinity service, and it automatically disconnected our (included) Peacock service. This happened to us last time we moved, and we ended up resolving it by creating a brand new Peacock account. It wont work now. This time, we are still eligible for free Peacock, but neither of our previous Peacock accounts will work with the "Activate" link.

No matter what email address I use, it tells me the same thing:

"Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account."

But none of those Peacock accounts have an active subscription.

Hi @user_x065uo! Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies before using the activation link, or trying the process in an incognito window? If your browser is still holding onto cached data or cookies or older email attempts, the link can loop or fail to connect properly.
Try this clean-slate process:
Make sure you are signed out of Peacock.
Wipe your internet browser cookies and history, or simply open an Incognito/Private browsing window.
Go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in to your account with your primary Xfinity ID and password.
Now try activating with a email not associated with a Peacock subscription.
Let us know if this helps.

I just tried it in incognito mode, and I'm still getting the same error, regardless of what email I attempt to use for Peacock. "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account."

Thanks for checking! @user_x065uo to confirm, when you try to sign in directly to Peacock, does it say subscription needed?

Correct. It says "You are not currently subscribed."

@user_x065uo If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message:

Ensure you are logged in

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

You can see how to send a direct message here, https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/guidelines/how-to-direct-messaging-within-the-forum/697ba1e570934d009185c514
