Can't cancel account

I have tried multiple times. I'm a busy individual and any attempt at chatting with a human after multiple attempts doesn't allow me to cancel my service.  I have noticed that Xfinity employees sometimes respond to these support requests.  So please respond to this and help me cancel my account.  Thanks so much.
