Can't Cancel - getting so frustrated

I am trying to cancel my installation and account.  I never want to use XFinity now that I see how hard it is to cancel them....I have spent 2 hours on the phone only to be hung up on twice.  Someone needs to contact me ASAP to cancel my account.  I will NOT allow them to install if you do not cancel this appointment so you will be wasting your technician's time.
