Can't change my service address

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_a75dez Welcome to our community forum and thank you @EG for moving this post so it gets our immediate attention. This error usually displays when the previous customer at that location did not cancel their services, but we can help you get around that error :). 

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address so I can find the account and get started on a resolution.
