CANT CHAT AND EVERYONE LIES!!!!

Was promised two months off my bill, which made me fall behind becuase they never gave it to me after TWO HOURS on chat and six people some said (which I have screenshots of) that I’d be getting a $100 credit and my service would be on for next two weeks so I can catch up. So next day $100 credit is cancelled and they shut off my service and now I can’t talk to anyone. This can’t be legal, just straight lying and promising things. I’m gonna lose more than I owe them for my internet being off. This is unethical. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A PERSON!!!

  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
