Can’t complete csr form
I can’t direct message cs because the site keeps giving me an error, saying I need to refresh, looping over and over with same error message.
The message I am trying to send is this:
Form page is in an indefinite error loop.

@user_xwc6td I am sorry that you are having issues sending us a direct message, but in order for us to be able to assist we need to be able to direct message because we need to get account information and do not want that information in the public forum. Can you possibly try using a different browser or trying private or incognito mode?
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address
• Press Enter to send it
