This is so dam crazy as much money as they charge And you can’t get a live person just greed I’m disgusted

What agents? I have tried so many times. I get through prompt after prompt, question after question only to be hung up on every time. 
A business that makes so much money can’t make it easier for its customers. It show a lack of care and interest in helping.

a philosophy of let’s make it very difficult for someone to really speak to an agent to resolve a problem.

A rating of 1 isn’t good enough for Xfinity customer service.

Jumping on here because I can’t get a hold of anyone either. Tried to send a support message here and the system keeps crashing. Here is what get. 
when I go to chat in the app it won’t connect me to an agent because our service is down. Well, that is why I want to talk to someone. This company does this all on purpose. Over it!!! If you want to keep my business you will contact me as I’ve been waiting 6 months to talk to someone.
