Can't get unlimited data

Every time I try to buy unlimited data through https://www.xfinity.com/buy/plan/checkout/XFINUDAT I get an error that says "Sorry, this line of business is not currently available due to a temporary error. Please try again shortly."

I see that you are running into an error that says "Sorry, this line of business is not currently available due to a temporary error. Please try again shortly," every time you try to buy unlimited data through the website. That's definitely strange and we apologize for any inconvenience but rest assured, you've reached the right team to help! We'll be happy to assist with adding unlimited data to your account. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your name and the service address on the account?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
