Can't purchase the Xfinity now wifi pass

I tried multiple debit cards and it keeps saying "we can't process your payment try a different card" tried lots of troubleshooting nothing works I'm not an Xfinity customer and had the pass for months now but when I tried to renew this time it keeps declining any payment method I use.

Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies from your browser?

Are y’all having technical issues with payments? I’ve been trying to purchase the Now home internet and I’ve tried with two different cards and it keeps declining.
