Why am I not able to reach a human being when I contact customer service? An automated system just loops you around in circles. It’s incredibly frustrating!

Totally agree. They are doing everything possible to avoid customer service. Tried chat and phone. The automated systems cannot help me and they will not take responsibility for their poor service.

I cannot reach a human being. My email is not working. The AI agent is useless.
