Can't receive email on my phone [Edited]

I can’t receive my email on my phone because it ask me for the IMAP account for comcast

Hi there, @user_7drc4e To resolve the IMAP error for your Comcast account on your phone, verify your login credentials by checking your email password and ensuring you can log in to Xfinity Connect online, then update the password within your phones mail settings. If that doesn't work, delete and re-add the Comcast account on your phone, making sure to enable third-party access in your Xfinity email security settings. -Richard
