Can’t upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus

I have Peacock Premium thru Xfinity. I’m a Platinum member. When I go to Xfinity to manage my subscriptions it states “We've partnered with your community to bring Xfinity service to your location.“ and it doesn’t allow me to upgrade on Xfinity. And when I try on Peacock, it says I need to upgrade through Xfinity

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
