Changing account owner due to divorce

I am currently the account owner on me and my ex husbands comcast account. We are now divorced, and he will solely be responsible for the house & utilities. I need my name off the account, and his name put on it. I have been unsuccessful in reaching any live agent in order to send in the needed documentation. I am trying to ensure that you keep him as a customer and I do not just cancel my account outright, but the process is extremely cumbersome. Please find me a quick, and simple solution. Do not send a link that goes back to the main page. Do not tell me to send a "direct message" when there is no option to do so. Thanks.

Hello, the person has decided they don't want me to transfer the account to them. Therefore, I am cancelling the account because I do not live in the US and I was keeping the account open for him. He is not going to use it so it is very important that my account be cancelled. Please send me the form I need to cancel the account. I cannot visit the store and I do not wish to call the number because there is no debate over if I keep the account. I want a cancellation form that I can submit this week. Please help?
