Changing my mailing address moving my service

Hey this is me Madina I tried so many times to move my service and change my mailing address until yesterday. I was speaking with the Xfinity customer service and the 1st of April but no one has helping and I still cannot use my Wi-Fi and I just wanna know that they can move my service or should I just cancel using Xfinity because that’s not something good to ask so many times to change my address and no one’s responding
