Changing my wifi spead

I've tried to complete my upgrade purchase online, through the app, and it keeps saying someone will contact me.  When they finally call me, they say that they ran into an issue upgrading me and send me straight to the automated version that sends me right back to upgrading online.  I want someone to contact me, a live person, ASAP or I will cancel and take my business elsewhere.  This has been going on for 3 days now.

I'd love to work with you more on this and look into any pending orders. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
