Thanks for reaching out to us we do apologize for any inconvenience, Did you reach out to us via   https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?intent=skill.cxao.customer.support.agent.request  to cancel your mobile account?  Or did you port your phone number out to another carrier?
