Our team is happy to help provide support, but there is not an option to provide chat transcripts or also call recordings. Those records are kept for quality assurance and internal records.

To whom should I have my attorney reach out to in order retrieve these records? My chat transcripts are as much my right as they are Comcast’s.

I assure you, this is untrue. For the same reasons Comcast keeps transcripts, I have a right to mine as a consumer. They will be provided if requested by the court of law. I will explore another avenue to obtain.
