Need to report your internet service [Edited: "Language"] . They say I don't have any outages which I don't but it freezes up a lot which I guess you do not test for. The stupid AI bull wants to run tests which it always come back that everything is fine. If y'all cannot give me a reliable connection I will be happy to switch over to AT&T, Mediacom or T-Mobile. I have been a customer for many years but it is ridiculous now. I have a wired PC and wifi to tv and it does it on both platforms. I have also switched out Gateway and it does the same thing.

Frustrated customer!!!!!!

user_mtnq60 Thanks for reaching out to us here on Forums about your service issue. I can understand how an unstable connection can be very frustrating as that would frustrate me as well, and I'm happy to assist with getting this fixed.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
