I want to delete the Xfinity voice mail which I have never used. Details for a blinking light tell me I have 90+ VM, which I do not care to hear. I have an alternative VM machine. I am signed in but see neither a "chat" icon nor a way to send a message to Xfinity Support. This needs to be done from your end. Let me know how.

@user_8x6uu8 Thanks for adding a post to the community. The Voice Mail feature is automatically included in the service. We have to remove it manually if you don't need it active, and are happy to help. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
