Coax cable is wired but not attached to anything
I have a coax port in my living room, and I just got Xfinity Internet today, but upon further investigation the coax is not hooked up to anything.

Hello @Taytor123. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum! Did you just pick up the equipment today and then plug it into that coax port? Did any lights turn on when it got plugged in?
