Code not being shown for a reward

I was trying to redeem the 49ers kids gold club reward. I managed to get the reward however there is no code in any aspect of the reward. The website Specifically asks for a code that is not even being propagated. Please assist.

Not getting an expected code would be frustrating, and I appreciate you reaching out for help. With some offers, it can take some time for a code to be generated. How long ago did you redeem the offer?

I'm having the same issue when trying to redeem the offer. I claimed the offer yesterday on 10/8 but the code is not displayed on the dashboard. Can you help me out?

No code. Usually codes appear where the Xfinity area is and you can copy and paste. With this nothing. And the link taking you to the form to complete specifically asks for the code and has an unskippable asterisk blank field asking for a code. It alleges that the code should be on our xfinity dashboard.  But nothing is there. No email. I've checked. It's been 24 hours.
