Comcast Utility junction boxes (on street) are smashed
Multiple Comcast green plastic utility towers are broken/smashed in our community. How do we get them replaced?

We are having a similar issue in our neighborhood, but our property manager can't seem to get in touch with the right person. Our property manager is being told to report each box one by one. Our problem is bigger than that. We have a complete hodge podge of boxes, some old rusted metal ones, some plastic, almost none of them are installed properly. Almost none of them are partially buried as they are supposed to be. Technicians don't bother to try to open them and just yank them off the junctions and set them back on but not property embed them. They are a complete hodge podge and are either in state of disrepair or faded, or just sitting half on the ground half leaning over and even protruding into the sidewalks. How can we get someone to at least contact this to address our community as a whole?
