Comcast Utility pole rotten and going to fall

I have a comcast pole on my property that is rotten and going to fall. How do I get someone to remove and or replace this pole asap? it moves just by leaning up against the pole and shakes a lot in moderate winds. The pole could potentially fall into a neighbor’s pool with people in it or land on my garage, causing significant damage.

user_a8v41e Thanks for reaching out for help with the rotten pole concern. To confirm, is it just our lines that are on the pole correct or does it also have power lines of any kind?

It is ONLY cable lines.

user_a8v41e Thanks for the added detail. I'll be happy to put in a work order for the pole.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
