Comcast-installed DVR filter on my drop — OFDM Channel 193 failures daily

I've been having daily internet drops and traced the problem to my CM1200 signal stats. Channel 193 at 957MHz has uncorrectable codewords that keep climbing and my event log shows repeated Code 16 OFDM profile failures every single day since September 6th, plus a Critical T3 timeout on September 11th. The failures have continued through September 14th and are increasing in frequency.

I went outside and found a Comcast-installed inline filter with a pink label — "COM DVR, Filter Required, Do Not Remove." No weatherproof housing, corroded connections, worn drop cable. Previous owner had DVR service — filter was never removed. I have internet only, no cable TV.

I need a tech to remove the filter, replace the drop, and clean up the outside plant. I also have a new CM3000 I'd like activated during the same visit.

Can someone help me get a tech scheduled?
