How do I gain access to my old comcast.net emails it is a old account and I need to access it

Hi there, @user_8gntaf Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us regarding needing access to your old comcast.net emails. If it has been more than 90 days since you logged into the account, unfortunately the account would be deactivated which would prevent access to those emails.-Richard

Can't login to my comcast with phone. What do I need to do?

Hello @user_ehxj3n, Thank you for reaching out in our forums today. You stated you are unable to access your Comcast account from your phone. Are you trying to log in through the Xfinity App, or are you using your browser on the phone? Are you getting an error that the username and or password is incorrect?  If so,  Here is a link to Reset your Xfinity ID password

You must log into your https://comca.st/3pb7Euk email account(s) using the Xfinity Connect web portal at least once every 12 months to maintain an active email account status.

If you don’t log into your Comcast email account(s) at least once every 12 months, we’ll designate it as inactive and delete it along with all the contents – including emails, draft emails and address book entries. Before we delete your email account, however, we’ll notify you.-Richard
