Comcast’s service is poor

I have been trying to get a replacement phone for over 4 hours, the verification department is unable to provide any assistance. I asked for a manager and was told they were in a “meeting “, than she was out and I being transferred I listened to the hold music for 40 minutes before hanging up. I still have an issue and plan on canceling my account.

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

No I have the new phone, I did it with no support from Xfinity. Your service is terrible, verification was a NIGHTMARE and getting a manager was useless.
