Comcast/Xfinity Work Caused Damage on Property
Recent Xfinity digging work caused a sinkhole on my property line to form after last week's rain. It is right on the road where it meets my property line, so not only unsightly but also dangerous. How can I file a property damage claim?

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary

@user_l7tc16 I hope your day is treating you well so far, and I wanted to follow up with you as I did receive an update from the local network maintenance leadership team who let me know they were able to make it out to the property today. It sounds like the sinkhole had already gotten repaired, which is great to hear. I checked in our direct message conversation as well.
