Compensation from outage from Hurricane Helene

How does comcast expect to compensate those customers that have been without internet for an entire month. Will we get a letter to give to our phone provider to possibly be compensated for over usage of hotspot data? Are we still going to be charged a full bill even though our service was out for the entire month of October? How is comcast planning to help out its customers?

lizbethl1  we have deployed over 10,000 public Wi-Fi hotspots to affected areas to ease the strain on using personal Wi-Fi, and these will be active throughout our repair processes.  Regarding process credits, these can and will be applied from the first date of the interruption until service restoral. This will cause some fluctuation over the next billing period, but we're always committed to helping you  however we can.
