Complaint about customer service representative

I was having problems with my tv, so I called customer service.  I was connected to Shawn #[Edited: "Personal Information"], ph number [Edited: "Personal Information"].  We were talking about lowering my bill.  After giving him my info and almost signing up with A&T because he said he could lower my plan to $20 a month, then it turns out he could lower it to $70.  I asked to stop everything and not to make changes in my plan, that I would stay with Xfinity.  He would not take no for an answer, started yelling at me, was extremely rude.  He did not want to accept what I was saying.  I said I wanted to talk to a manager, but he kept insisting that he could save me money.  I told him I did not want to change my plan, but he completely ignored me, talking over me and shouting.  Very rude person, should not be working in customer service.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Please allow my team to share this with our leaders so that we can make sure no one else will have this type of interaction.
