complaint about the switch over to Yahoo mail
I would just like to speak to someone about the switch over to Yahoo mail. I have experienced several issues regarding not receiving what yahoo calls "bulk emails. Can't seem to get any resolution from them. What do you suggest?

I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the Yahoo Mail not receiving the email, I know how frustrating it can be. I rely on emails for my child's doctors, so I totally understand where you are coming from. We would recommend reaching out to Yahoo directly as once you have been migrated over, they are the team that maintains the email directly.
