Complaint

This is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and [Edited: "Personal Information"]. We wanted to switch Service both Cell and Home to Comcast so I called and spoke with a representative. His name is Ken and he also gave me his straight line telephone number to call with problems. He guaranteed me that we could get Service there I told her we were nowhere near not close to the box. He said it’s no problem. He called the communications office and they said no problem that they would get it service there so August 9 I was supposed to get installed the guy came out And told me that they could not give a service there. In the meantime I’m already gone over and switched from Verizon on two phones to Xfinity or Comcast now I find out that I can’t get service through through a Comcast and I have to go back to Verizon on my telephones so this is caused me anxiety. It has caused me hours and hours of grief by both going into the corporate offices in Augusta, Georgia, and spending hours with the representative there and I just want to make a formal complaint that Xfinity representatives are liars. They do not tell the truth. All they concern about was getting me transferred from Verizon over to Xfinity or Comcast and that’s the end of the story. I am very displeased and now to get back over to Verizon on my two cell phones I’ve spent three hours yesterday in the office of Verizon and I’m still not set up completely. Xfinity sucks. I was lied to about service. Told it was available. I switched my mobile and when they came out. Said it wasn’t available. They have caused me days of anger. Anxiety and running form comcast to Verizon. Totally ridiculous
